The bed was very comfy and the staff were accommodating. I got satisfactory breakfast with a wee portion of cereal and apple juice, for example. The location was fab and easy, within walking distance of Hay Lodge Park. I loved sleeping 1 night in this hotel: D

The family room on the top floor was lovely and spacious, with tasteful decorations and ample tea and coffee supplies. Dinner from the two-course set menu was a highlight, particularly the chicken and haggis in peppered sauce, amazing. The room location might be challenging for those with mobility issues, and it would be better to have more varied breakfast options. While parking was limited, finding a spot was manageable .

Just a commendable fit for a short interlude in Peebles with excellent value for money. The cooked breakfast was nice, served on very hot plates, which I appreciated. Avoid parking in the rear lot. It's a tight squeeze and tricky to navigate.

Fantastic food and service!

The staff were super friendly and the food was just delicious, especially the steak pie. So good! Our room was spacious and comfy, but it could've used a little more soundproofing since we heard outside noise. The bar area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day.
